ScrollRect DragSensitivity

Allows to change ScrollRect Drag Sensitivity similar to Scroll Sensitivity.

• 1f is the default drag speed

• more than 1 to increase (2f is two time faster)

• less than 1 to decrease (0.5f is two time slower)

• negative to drag in a reverse direction
